Worst Experience Ever! Purchased a certified pre-owned '18 Ford Focus with low mileage & an extended 100K mile powertrain warranty in Feb 2019. Immediately starting havin Purchased a certified pre-owned '18 Ford Focus with low mileage & an extended 100K mile powertrain warranty in Feb 2019. Immediately starting having major issues with automatic powershift transmission including shuddering, hesitation, improper shifting etc. Brought it into service 4 different times and each time service replaced the clutch (not trans). Each time the car would work for a short period and then the issues would start again. Very frustrating with the time and hassle but at least Ford addressed the issue. Started experiencing same problem and brought car into service in May '22 to address same issue and get general service and oil change. They kept the car from Thurs to Monday (and apparently used for personal errands as I found a receipt in the cup holder) called me on following Monday and told me they "couldn't find anything wrong with the car". Obviously I would not go through the headache, time off work and hassle to take the car in if the issue was not significant. After 3 days of arguing with the service advisor (who also claimed the car was not under warranty even though it is clearly documented on my sales receipt) I made appt to pick the car up. When I picked the car up, the service advisor was "not in until later" even though I had an appt with him, no one else could assist me and no one could tell me if they performed the other services..oil change etc. There was no service record in the system, no invoice etc. They said they would email me later which they never did. They just handed me the keys without asking for ID or anything and I drove off. Later that day I called and spoke with the assistant general manager who expressed concern over my experience and lack of service record, invoice etc. (I also mentioned about my car being used for personal errands) and assured me he would look into it and get back to me the next day which he never did. The whole experience was extremely shady. We believe they do not have the parts to perform the warranty repair so they instead chose to conceal the fact that ever brought the car in in the first place. More
I had my car in for a recall and everything went smoothly. The people were courteous and the work was done on time. I would have given them five stars, but they had recorded my phone number incorrec smoothly. The people were courteous and the work was done on time. It was caught when I dropped the car off, but if it had not been caught they would not have been able to get a hold of me, which could have led to delays and my needing to call to them. More

Brittany and service staff was friendly and helpful. She was able to get me scheduled for an oil change last minute. My only complaint is that the service technician left a grease hand print on the side of my door and on my windshield. I just washed my truck the previous day. Also, they parked my truck in the tire change area which made it take a while for the front staff to find my truck. Also, I wasn't really sure when my truck service was completed. I kinda wish I would get a text or call when the vehicle was ready. More
