Promised to have the vehicle ready by a certain time. An hour after the agreed-upon time, they hadn’t even started yet. Had to pull the vehicle out. The only reason we come here for service is the distance matter. When dropping off my car, I was told the service will be done in about an hour and there will be a car wash at the end. Of course they will give me a call when everything is done. But I haven't got any call 2 hours before I got back to the dealership. And they told me the service technician scratched my car, and will get the scratch repaired by the end of the day. I so left my car there for the rest of the day. But when I came back again, they said it is not repaired, I will need to drive the car away and come back next week for another body repair. This is a brand new Ford with only 9k miles on it, I drive it very carefully since the purchase 9 month ago, very bad first time service experience here. More
