When I pulled up for my appointment, I kid you not it took over 20 minutes for someone to even greet me. I got out of my car twice to attempt to find someone I was met with closed doors or empty offices. took over 20 minutes for someone to even greet me. It was clear at 8 am it was quite busy, so I was understanding but it really set the tone for the rest of my experience. I was there to take care of recalls, and after calling to confirm that I could have my car back same day prior to my appointment, I discovered that they actually need my car for at least 4 days. I asked what my chances of receiving a hybrid or electric car as a loaner were, as I drive an electric car were, and I was told a flat no. I should just “close my eyes while I pay at the pump” like she does. I thought this was insensitive to my situation, as I haven’t paid for gas in a year and it’s no secret that the inflated prices now are wild. From there I got a few updates over the next couple days and then radio silence. On day 4 I called the dealership 3 times to get an update, 2 of those times I called and left voicemails for Brittany, and was just told they still need my car. On day 5 I had to call again, calling Brittany again 2 times and leaving voicemails, and was told again by Brittany they need my car still. She also apologized as she was at an offsite training, but in the same sentence told me if I needed updates on my car to directly call her. I was kind of surprised by the remark as 1) I did try that and 2) she JUST told me she was at an offsite training??? How does her office number help me with contacting her if she isn’t at her office?? Overall the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will simply find another dealer for my limited service needs moving forward. More

This was the second time I have taken in my 2022 F250 in for the same problem. That they said was fix and it's still doing it. Going to go to a different dealership. Both Tustin and Cerritos are too far and the Cerritos workers don’t seem to care about customers. Finally I hate to waist my time at the repair shop. More
I purchased my truck from them. I have since had it in for service. All the way around these guys rock! I specifically have had an issue with my weatherstripping and excess noise has gotten into the cab at high speeds. Folks online say it's about 50/50 on if the dealership will try to fix or just say that is the way it is (which is BS - new car/truck should not have excess wind noise). These guys are working the problem. I appreciated their attention to detail. More
