Recently, I got my car serviced and made the purchase of tires at a price comparable to Costco. Along with the great offers, the service is awesome! Bob is the best service rep! He’s professional, personable, and always makes sure my car gets the best possible service for a reasonable price. Very happy with my last car service and enjoying driving with 4 new tires that came at the price of buy 3 and get 1 for $1! If this experience continues to be the norm, we will keep returning to AutoNation Ford Tustin for services and down the road when considering purchasing a new car! More

My service advisor Daniel, was so helpful and throughout my visit kept me informed. With a on site video of the underside of the vehicle that reassured me that there was no damage or leaks to worry about. B my visit kept me informed. Because the way she treated me and the extreme unprofessionalism on her behalf I weed use to ever buy another Ford in my life. have ever encountered. I own to Fords and wanted ti buy a third that was more spacious but with the customer service I received I refuse to ever step foot at Ford again. What a shame. I have all the texts and proof that she delayed helping me, ignored me and just ignored the needs of my car. I’m angry but mostly disappointed that no one ever tried to help me. I had to go somewhere else. This Christmas I’m thinking of a different brand for a car.
