It is ridiculous that they took my apt, only to tell me when I got there that they cannot look at my car today. What is the point of an apt! When we scheduled the apt. we told them exactly what I needed se when I got there that they cannot look at my car today. What is the point of an apt! When we scheduled the apt. we told them exactly what I needed service on....I have 3 kids and it is not easy to make an any type of apt. No respect for anyone's time.
