They sold me a junk in August 2022. Honda Civic 2016 for 16,000 and now no one seems to take responsibility. I was told I had 12 mos guaranteed and now that there no guarantees and want Honda Civic 2016 for 16,000 and now no one seems to take responsibility. I took my car in to AutoNation to get serviced, was so pleased that I had the extended warranty and I didn’t have to pay anything for it. Took my car to AutoNation Ford in Tustin for a recall. They took care of it, including giving me a rental car... Long wait times dropping off and picking up vehicle. Then when I picked up the car it appeared ready but they hadn't replaced the windshield wipers I asked for and they had some guys name as the owner o Then when I picked up the car it appeared ready but they hadn't replaced the windshield wipers I asked for and they had some guys name as the owner of the car not me. I was appalled. I asked who this person was and why he was showing up under my information. I got no answer. Plus my paperwork wasn't even ready even though I was called to say car ready. My biggest complaint is being assigned Daniel and he's never there when I arrive and when he finally did show up he walked around with his coffee chatting and standing around with coworkers. Two of us were waiting for him. Chris helped me but only after I waited for a while. He was very nice. Brittany helped when I came to pick up the car but again had to wait before anyone would even acknowledge me. There were at least four workers there at they're desks. At least tell me they'll be right with me but nothing. Really not happy with that. I now dread having to bring my car in and have to give extra time because I know I'll be waiting a while. This is not the first time I've had problems when I've been assigned Daniel. I understand if your busy helping someone else but not if your just sitting at your desk and no one else is waiting. More
It is ridiculous that they took my apt, only to tell me when I got there that they cannot look at my car today. What is the point of an apt! When we scheduled the apt. we told them exactly what I needed se when I got there that they cannot look at my car today. What is the point of an apt! When we scheduled the apt. we told them exactly what I needed service on....I have 3 kids and it is not easy to make an any type of apt. No respect for anyone's time. I will say the gentleman who helped me at the service desk was great and very customer service oriented. More
