Friends of mine had recommended a “discount” tire place - so I gave it a shot. Big mistake! After getting the run around, I returned to Tustin Ford. Christian made it easy by showing me the options, discussing the best fit for my needs, and gave me an amazing price. Beat the “discount” place by nearly $400! Thank you!! More

I spoke with the Service Manager, Greg, on Monday morning to arrange for a comprehensive service for my new '02 Thunderbird that had been a "Garage Queen" for 20 years. When I arrived on Tuesday morning, my service advisor, Brittany, knew just what to do to make sure the car would be road worthy as my new everyday drive. She kindly called a Lyft car for me to get home and again to return to the dealership when the car was ready. This was a complete surprise! I felt like a total VIP! Having a cool Starbucks coffee machine in their lobby was a nice touch; and, they even washed the car so it looked beautiful when I picked it up. I had an outstanding experience at AutoNation, Tustin, California. The gentleman that helped me, Christian, did an outstanding job and help me make the right selections for the things that I needed on my California.
