Told me the repair would take four months and refused to get me a rental until I had a man call in instead. They then we’re gonna charge me 3,500 for a job to change a clutch. It’s a unique clutch so I get it was gonna be high- but I went to another shop and they’re charging me 700 less for the same job- and it’s only that high because they have to buy specialty equipment (that this dealership would already have) to do this repair. They didn't finish the whole service to my truck and I was charged for a service they didn't do, so if I didn't check the receipt I would be paying for a service that I did not receive.
