Made appointment for service for oil change. Was told to come back in 3hr. Came back 4hrs later car was not done. Was told that appointments are done at the end of the day. Ford of Tustin, and my contact person Savannah, did a great job expediting my 2016 C-MAX recall repairs, along with a 12-volt battery replacement, oil change, tire rotation, overall inspection of the veh great job expediting my 2016 C-MAX recall repairs, along with a 12-volt battery replacement, oil change, tire rotation, overall inspection of the vehicle and a new rear windshield wiper. The service wasn't a bank-breaker, and all done to my satisfaction. The only gripe would be I wish they had a better system to keep you posted as to the progress of repairs and a better estimated time of completion. This way you can coordinate the pickup of your vehicle. More

Service manger was nice and courteous once I spoke with her. When I pulled up my car when I got there, it took about 15 minutes before somebody came to see what I needed.
