It's Hit and Miss. I love this dealer out of all the Ford dealers in OC, but each of them are hit and miss. This last 'repair' and service, between service advisers and the Service Manager, stories cha Ford dealers in OC, but each of them are hit and miss. This last 'repair' and service, between service advisers and the Service Manager, stories changed drastically but at the end of the day, i got my car back 'early' and it appears so because my trunk liner was not reinstalled and a couple of the plastic brackets holding plastic trunk liner are missing - which I think they just wanted me to stop calling so I got my car early. Terrible communication always. Every Ford dealer struggles with scheduling and communication. More

I've been in 3 times for software updates. The first two took 2 days, the most recent took 3 days. At this rate, by the time my car is a year old, it will have spent almost 2 weeks in the shop just for software updates. The car (new) only came from the factory with one key fob. I was told me to use my phone as a key, which doesn't work (and is the reason for the most recent software update). They estimated a second key fob to be around $300, but when I came in to pick up the car, the total was $600! I never received a phone quote of the actual cost, which I would have declined had I known it was going to be that much $. If Ford wants to be a leader in EVs, they should really get their act together better than this. More
