Had a great experience from the very beginning. Elmer answered all my questions and helped be build my bronco. He was always available when I called or wanted a follow up. We went into automation Ford with the anxiety of having to get out of one lease and hopefully finance or get into another lease, (which hasn’t been easy in 2021.) That is when we met Elmer.
