I set up,the appointment the day before, but was told that I would have a two to two-and-a-half hour wait when I arrived on time. I am not sure why I was given that appointment time. There seems to be a large turnover of service representatives. I never get the same one twice. I had to bring my car in a second time because I was not told when I made the appointment that they representatives. I never get the same one twice. I had to bring my car in a second time because I was not told when I made the appointment that they would need my car for 2-3 days so they could diagnose the problem with the broken part under warranty. The service representatives I dealt with were pleasant and courteous and they were able to get the part replaced. I always appreciate the car wash that goes along with the service. More

I loved the youth that’s employed it’s like a breath of fresh air We didn’t feel the ugly competition , discomfort , lack of customer respect , entitlement , dishonesty , attitude and customer disrespect I was determined to get a car that particular day and I’m very appreciative that my negative experience from the previous Ford dealership led us to AutoNation and their fine sales /service team . The service department does not have very good communication. Hard to get direct contact with the rep. and it is a hassle going through their call system. They do make up for it when you complain but I would rather just not have to go down that path. Part of the issue is the lack of parts available but I do not fault them for that. They need to do a better job proactively calling or texting the customer on the status. They had my car for three or fours days and I was without a rental and then they tell me they looked at it and it will be a couple weeks to get the part I need. Do not schedule an appointment to service the vehicle and then not look at it for three days. Instead just schedule the appointment for the day you have time to actually do the work. More
