This dealership was great…. . I had horrible credit but with a co signer they were able to get me into the car I wanted. The only thing I would say is I was working with several . The only thing I would say is I was working with several people in the dealership so it was a little confusing. I purchased the 2008 Cadillac CTS on April 30, 2022. My experience dealing with Roberto, sales person, and the two gentlemen in the Financing Department were terrific. I did however address with Roberto a few issues/concerns regarding the vehicle the day after I purchased it 1 A significant wind noise coming through the cabin while driving on the freeway. Roberto informed me that a new drivers door seal had been ordered for the car but the part had not been delivered to the dealership yet as of the day I took possession…Roberto told me that the dealership or service department would call me when the part comes in and will set up an appointment time to install it. I’m hopeful that will take care of the wind/air noise that is coming in through the .cabin. 2 I also came by the dealership the day after I purchased the vehicle and saw Roberto. I demonstrated to him that the drivers side power seat switch works intermittently, which he observed first hand and that a “check/ service tire pressure” message appeared the same day as well. Roberto assured me that your dealership would address and resolve these issues/concerns when I bring the vehicle back to have the door seal replaced that is on order. So far my experience with Tustin Ford has been very positive. I look forward to coming back for my appointment with the service department to take care of the few issues/concerns as mentioned above.
