This is by far the worst dealership experience I've ever had by far. I bought a used BMW from them and loved it until I left the dealership and had warning signs come up on the monitor. When I took the car had by far. I bought a used BMW from them and loved it until I left the dealership and had warning signs come up on the monitor. When I took the car in for service the next day they told me that it was a easy fix by updating the cars infotainment system with a CD from BMW. So after a few days I then get told that it needs to go get serviced at the BMW dealership because they were not equipped to fix the issue. After a few days I come back thinking I'm picking up my vehicle and returning the loaner car that was given to me. Just to have them come and tell me that there's no fixing what ever issue the car had and that it was a recall that bmw hadn't figured out how to fix! Ummm excuse me? I said.... So after they told me this they informed me that I was going to have my contract voided and given back my money for the down payment. So at this point I'm super frustrated and disappointed because that car was going to solve a lot of different issues for and then taking jt away was the worst possible outcome ever. Considering I was on the verge of unfortunately becoming homeless. I offered to fix the vehicle my self and they refused to accept any other possible outcome that would be in my favor. A few more days go by and I had to stop and return the 2nd key. I find out the car had sent to BMW and was out of the service department. They also ran my boyfriends credit for some weird reason when the vehicle was being purchased in my name with him just paying with his own debit card for me. I'm not sure if it's some kind of discrimination towards him because of his race but no one asked them do do that at all and it came up in his credit report. So I asked a auto nation employee who I had been dealing what would become of the car I was then told that it would be sold of at AUTO NATIONS auction sales. What?! So your telling me that I couldn't keep my car or go get it fixed my self but you guys can go to bmw have it fixed for free then decide hey she only put down $1000 and we makred down the car because of this issue let's terminate her contract and sell it for double what she payed for this beautiful car. It's the most shady underhanded business practice I've ever seen in my life. When I threatend legal action the dealership for super defensive and aggressive with his they dealt with me. I didn't have a way to get around so I had to keep using the rental vehicle that they had put me in coming out the pocket even more money for the deposit. I kept having to use the rental for a few weeks and almost got arrested along with my boy friend because the rental place that works with AUTO NATION reported it stolen!! Even with me checking in every other day making sure they were okay with me holding the rental until I found my own car and every time I called there was no issue at all. The brakes on the car also went out while driving the rental and could have potentially kill led me or my boy friend while driving! This situation was and still is a nightmare I can't seem to wake up from even till this day. Please beware and be alert when purchasing a car from AUTO NATION if Tustin! It could be you next!!! More

I was hoping to leave a 5 star rating, but I am very disillusioned with the recall issue on my 2022 Mach-E that I purchased on September 17th. It is still at the dealer waiting to be repaired. I had hoped that the recall repair would have been resolved by now. Otherwise, the experience leading up to the day of purchase was great. I do hope the recall repair is done before I make my first auto finance payment on a car that I have yet to bring home and drive. More

I ended up at Tustin Ford after a terrible experience at another dealership. I have since stuck with and recommended them for nearly 10 years with two different cars. Every experience I have there is bett another dealership. I have since stuck with and recommended them for nearly 10 years with two different cars. Every experience I have there is better than I expect. Servicing a car can be stressful - but they make it easy by always being helpful and reasonable. Most recently, I needed new tires. Friends of mine had recommended a “discount” tire place - so I gave it a shot. Big mistake! After getting the run around, I returned to Tustin Ford. Christian made it easy by showing me the options, discussing the best fit for my needs, and gave me an amazing price. Beat the “discount” place by nearly $400! Thank you!! More

I spoke with the Service Manager, Greg, on Monday morning to arrange for a comprehensive service for my new '02 Thunderbird that had been a "Garage Queen" for 20 years. He was very friendly and assured me t to arrange for a comprehensive service for my new '02 Thunderbird that had been a "Garage Queen" for 20 years. He was very friendly and assured me that they could accommodate my needs. When I arrived on Tuesday morning, my service advisor, Brittany, knew just what to do to make sure the car would be road worthy as my new everyday drive. She kindly called a Lyft car for me to get home and again to return to the dealership when the car was ready. This was a complete surprise! I felt like a total VIP! Having a cool Starbucks coffee machine in their lobby was a nice touch; and, they even washed the car so it looked beautiful when I picked it up. So happy to have found a great team at AutoNation Ford Tustin to partner with me in the care and enjoyment of my vehicle! Thanks for a wonderful experience! More
