The team at AutoNation Ford Tustin was nothing short of amazing when it came to helping me with both my trade in and purchase of my new car. Christian in the service department was on top of communicating amazing when it came to helping me with both my trade in and purchase of my new car. Christian in the service department was on top of communicating with me about my old car and what it needed to get fixed and when I decided to get a new car he promptly connected with me with Jonathan in the sales department who took over and made my first new car purchase a breeze. I just want to start off by saying this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We had gone to other dealerships and I’m glad we came to this one. We had Alex who was super helpful, super frien buying experience we have ever had. We had gone to other dealerships and I’m glad we came to this one. We had Alex who was super helpful, super friendly and super knowledgeable about all the cars on your lot. He made the experience super easy and helped us pick the perfect truck for us. We had Demetrius in finance who helped us get a great rate at the end and helped the whole finance part super easy and quick.
