Good dealership with a good staff. They do care about the customer but the finance officers are abrasive. José was awesome and truly cared about the customer. They do care about the customer but the finance officers are abrasive. José was awesome and truly cared about the customer. More
Best I can describe this dealer transaction was simple, easy, straight forward, and no games. Sean Sunay took great care of me from order to delivery. What’s not to like. easy, straight forward, and no games. Sean Sunay took great care of me from order to delivery. What’s not to like. More
Told me the repair would take four months and refused to get me a rental until I had a man call in instead. They then we’re gonna charge me 3,500 for a job to change a clutch. It’s a unique clutch so I get get me a rental until I had a man call in instead. They then we’re gonna charge me 3,500 for a job to change a clutch. It’s a unique clutch so I get it was gonna be high- but I went to another shop and they’re charging me 700 less for the same job- and it’s only that high because they have to buy specialty equipment (that this dealership would already have) to do this repair. Never going here again. More
I had my vehicle in for service and thought the communication way pretty decent and the issue I brought the vehicle in for was resolved. Only problem I had was some of the interior of the vehicle communication way pretty decent and the issue I brought the vehicle in for was resolved. Only problem I had was some of the interior of the vehicle where they were working was left very dirty and greasy. I was disappointed in that. More
Personal seevice is something that I can always count on with Bob Selff at AutoNation Ford in Tustin. I wrote a review before, but since then I have deleted it and now writing this updated review because this dealership was horrible to work with. When I wrote the review I was overjoyed with a new car however, looking back there were so many red flags. The unprofessionalism at this dealership amazes me that I even bought a car here. I bought a 2022 Mustang Mach-E and my first mistake was not looking at other dealerships. They charge a hefty dealership deposit $1,500. Down the street (Tuttle-Click Ford Irvine) the deposit is only $500. I bought the car and got assigned with Dylan A. I placed the order on a Sunday and Monday I was getting bombarded at work with calls to give my verbal "go ahead" to place my order. I didn't appreciate that I kept getting calls when I didn't answer. Most people would assume someone is at work on a Monday morning and can't get to the phone until lunch time around noon to late afternoon. Throughout waiting for the car Dylan did indeed update me and let me know my ETA of my car. I was able to ask for several request like not washing my car when it was delivered, not putting my front license plate bracket, and being there for the PDI (Pre-delivery inspection) which they honored. The car arrived and it was time to buy the car. They informed me that at the time I was able to receive a $750 rebate from CA that would be applied to my sales contract (WHICH THEY FORGOT). I came in with my own bank loan which they were able to match but had to pull 3 inquiries on my credit to try to match it (I don't remember being informed that they were going to do several, I was under the assumption they were going to do 1-2). They went over some warranty packages that I bought, but they didn't do a really good job explaining their warranties. I bought a windshield warranty under the assumption which Dylan told me that I was able to get up to 5 windshields per a year. However that is false and the warranty covers under strict certain conditions that it has to be more than a dollar size and can't be filled in. If it's smaller than a dollar size and it's just a crack they only fill it in and your stuck with a visible crack. I paid roughly $800 for the warranty that you can buy a kit on amazon and repair it yourself. Going back to my rebate they forgot to apply. It took them 5 months for them to send me a check with no compensation for my wasted time going back and forth with them proving they forgot to apply my rebate. When I first saw their mistake I contacted Dylan and he gave me a vague answer that it should be there listed on my sales contract told him I didn't see it on there and didn't give me an answer. I was the one that had to contact the California department that was in charge of the rebate and confirmed that the finance team signed and my signature was on the sales contract confirming adding the rebate to the sales contract. They told me to contact the dealership which I did and left voicemails for the finance team which I got no reply. Finally the CA rebate team escalated it and got them to send me a check after $750. However if that was applied at the time of purchase I could have saved several dollars each month, it's one month of my car payment. They couldn't even compensate me for those 5 months if that was applied to my sales contract at the beginning. If I could go back I would have gone to another dealership and probably gotten a better experience. Now I just want to sell my car to have no association with them. More

He even ordered a part and had it installed within one day that a previous service manager several months prior, never took care of. It restored my faith in Autonation’s service. Thank you Troy for outstanding service and credibility. More
