I will say I started off disappointed however Britney completely changed my experience.They could not get my card done when my appointment was scheduled. This past December we brought our car in to the Autonation Tustin Ford Dealership due to it having a clunking noise when breaking or accelerating. After several hours, we were told that the clunki Autonation Tustin Ford Dealership due to it having a clunking noise when breaking or accelerating. After several hours, we were told that the clunking that we were hearing was more of a “feeling,” and that it is normal after being inspected by two of their mechanics. They said that one of them drove another of the same vehicle, and that was how they were able to determine that issue is normal. After four months of dealing with the clunking, and people asking what is wrong with our car, we took it into another local Ford Dealership. They were able to diagnose it without issue, and repair it under warranty. They did not seem to have problems with diagnosing this. We had to waste our time setting up an appointment, and arranging for my wife to pick me up, and take me to pick up the unrepaired, and misdiagnosed car. I'd be extremely hesitant to recommend, and will be avoiding Tustin Ford Autonation in the future because of this. More

My biggest problem is with contact. This is not the first time with this issue either. I dropped my car off in the morning and didn't get to speak to anyone concerning it until they w This is not the first time with this issue either. Even when the vehicle was completed, I was called late on a Friday after it had been there over a week. I was supposed to be informed when the parts arrived so I could at least plan for when it would be complete, but this did not happen. More
