I first spoke to Clara who was lovely and set up my appointment. My service gal Brittany was fantastic! She knows/loves cars and is extremely personable! Fleet vehicle was stolen and taken here after the battery and adjacent harness was removed. Had it towed after recovering it to Autonation Ford and they were able to have it finished in 3 days. We regret making our purchase at this dealer. After the salesperson showed us the car, we said if we were to move forward with the vehicle, is it possible for someone to clean inside the car si After the salesperson showed us the car, we said if we were to move forward with the vehicle, is it possible for someone to clean inside the car since there were a lot of dirty markings. The salesperson agreed. Once we purchased the vehicle and were about to leave, there were still dirty markings inside the vehicle and dirty finger prints stains inside the ceiling of the car… Truly disappointing because it was a “brand new” vehicle. Another reason we regret our purchase is because the vehicle was supposed to come with crossbars. Then they told us they don’t have any more in stock… The salesperson said they were going to order it and let us know when they arrived so they can schedule an appointment for someone to install. The salesperson said there were expected to arrive on May 5th and we haven’t heard back. I waited about a week after thinking maybe they arrived late. I still didn’t get an update. I have been emailing and calling for status on the cross bars and no response, which is very unprofessional. I had to call the parts department to find out if our cross bars arrived and apparently it was there for awhile. After selling the car, they don’t seem to care about still providing great services to the buyers and it’s unfortunate. Would not recommend anyone to this location. More
