Didn't buy my Ford at AutoNation because they didn't have the model I wanted. The Ford dealership that I bought it from has poor customer service and ripped people off during COVID. Now I use AutoNation Tus the model I wanted. The Ford dealership that I bought it from has poor customer service and ripped people off during COVID. Autonation Ford won't honor the Ford Power Promise for home charger, after going back and forth for months and finally being ghosted. They stated that I declined the home charger, but there is nothing in home charger, after going back and forth for months and finally being ghosted. They stated that I declined the home charger, but there is nothing in the contract stating that and we even had a new electrical line run for this. Won't be buying another vehicle from Autonation. We had a most pleasant and time saving car buying experience possible. Even tho we had to drive over an hour to get to the store, still the entire time was well worth it.
