If I could leave a zero star review I would. If you are reading this before considering a car purchase. please Run away as fast as you can. and be thankful you dodged a bullet. 1. This dealership tap dances and talks in circles with perspective buyers in hopes that they will accept $3800+ in bogus add on fees to bake massive profit into the deal for themselves. 2. The Managers and Upper managers pass prospects up and down and text back and forth with you, and they never seem to read any conversation history. so every phone call or sms exchange is as if you are talking to someone literally does not give 2 craps about reading the history and to get themselve up to speed on a potential transaction. 3. Yes, we have challenged credit. and the only approval they were able to secure for me is a transaction with an inflated $3800 in additional line items , to make my potential car payment $150 a month more than it should be. Then they blame the bank and say its the lender's fees that are in there. Then I ask please give me in writing what the additional fees are for, they wont send anything in writing. Their is such a thing as fair credit reporting and consumer protections in place are there not? 4. Anything that they have to commit to in honesty, they won't even sms or email its all verbal. Manger Tyler F. was very skilled in one thing. Committing to NOTHING and tap dancing and talking in circles. Then when you catch him in a lie or logic trap, he tries to be slippery and backpedal around it. I am sure he will be given employee of the month honors for how he deals with potential customers in good faith. Then when you look at their 1 star reviews.. the standard copy paste replies from a general manager who just replies to reviews for the algorithm but actually does NOTHING to change the way they do business. When its business as usually for this location. Lie , Bend the Truth, just get them into the dealership and hope they convince themself into buying a car. Be honest with people Give people information in writing so they can make a decision sell good cars. There are so many other dealers out there, doing the right thing and dealing with people in good faith. this Location is not one of them... More
