They unwound the first deal and I purchased an Explorer with no problems or hassles. Todd, the manager, didn't hesitate when I asked to return the Escape and get a different car. The Service department removed the trailer hitch that I had installed on the Escape at no charge. The service manager assitesed throughout the process also. Overall, this was one of the few pleasent new car buying experiences that I have had. No pressure and enjoyable. I would recommend them to anybody that asked me for a Ford dealership to use. More
