He informed me he was off and I would be dealing with Kirk Manning. I went in the next day and my experience was wonderful!! They were actually able to get me into a new suv same model with many more upgrades for the same price!!! The payment was exactly what I needed it to be and the paid off my trade in. I have never had such a good car buying experience , all of the staff were great. Thanks Power Ford on Tustin!!!! More

Very very poor customer service and mechanics. Their incompetent mechanic mis-diagnosed the main problem with my car.My car broke down one day after spending $225. The old Bate and switch trick comes to mind. Windshield price shows one thing and after test driving it and willing to buy for price on windshield it turns out to be a "mistake" and the price is actually $ price shows one thing and after test driving it and willing to buy for price on windshield it turns out to be a "mistake" and the price is actually $6000 higher. Louis (or Lou) said he couldn't believe we would actually think the price on the windshield was the right one. Then he stopped short of accusing us of going down in the middle of the night to the dealership and switch numbers on the windshields around. Is this guy for real????? More

Mr. Kirk Manning initially met my wife & daughter on a "blind" visit to see what the new Lincoln Models were and their features. He was most kind and, after reviewing the various model's f on a "blind" visit to see what the new Lincoln Models were and their features. He was most kind and, after reviewing the various model's features,she chose the MKX to replace her Town Car (owner since 1964). When they went in to his office, he explained how he developed price quotes and showed him an example. My wife discovered it was my inquiry from the Internet for an MKZ which I thought she wanted. Kirk (who at tht time didn't know we were husband & wife) was nice enough to contact me after hervisit and tell me of her choice and send me a second quote for either purchase ro lease. Since I had relatives in Northern California working at a Ford/Lincoln Dealership, I ws able to confirm that the price Kirk had sent to me was "very good" (a fair deal). When we went back on Friday (5 days later), Kirk was there and after showing me the vehicle we went over the lease and acquired the vehicle. Afterward, Power Ford found I had mistaken the end date for our then current lease car an they helped to resolve how we could still acquire the MKZ on a new lease without too much of a penalty. Gary, in the Finance Dept. made all the "paperwork" go smoothly and yet explained each step before we signed. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the Power Ford staff. I look forward to now meeting thier Service Deparment staff.
