Started the vehicle selection over the internet and by email. Power Ford provided a copy of the window sticker of a proposed vehicle. Pricing was better than anticipated so followed-up with a test drive email. Power Ford provided a copy of the window sticker of a proposed vehicle. Pricing was better than anticipated so followed-up with a test drive. Ask for a different vehicle of a different color but same features. They found one in the lot of newly delivered vehicles. We worked out the final pricing and financing and left with the vehicle later the same day. During the whole process there was never any pressure to buy the vehicle or upgrades even during financing. Last week I spent quite a few hours searching on-line through many local car dealers' websites in southern California but no one seemed to have a used Ford Fusion SE with a 3L engine. Then I connected wi through many local car dealers' websites in southern California but no one seemed to have a used Ford Fusion SE with a 3L engine. Then I connected with Mr. Errick Williams at the Ford Dealer in the Tustin Auto Center. He got right on the ball and found the only car of its kind in the entire LA basin. And once he found it, he spent several hours driving to retrieve it and bring it to me. The service and attention were excellent. I am pleased with my purchase and I would recommend the Ford Dealership at the Tustin Auto Center to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
We keep bringing Lincoln MKX in for the same reason and it doesn't get fixed. Dealership says grinding brakes is "normal", and the sync system "just does that". it doesn't get fixed. Dealership says grinding brakes is "normal", and the sync system "just does that". More

bought a "CPO" Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Ford bought a "CPO" Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Ford Escape from Power Ford Tustin in March of 2012. I went there looking for that specific car (found it on bought a "CPO" Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Ford Escape from Power Ford Tustin in March of 2012. I went there looking for that specific car (found it on their website). The sales manager communicated well with me (returned calls promptly). When arrived I asked about the car and my saleswoman found it quickly and we went for a short test drive. That's one area where they could improve, has they are right off the I-5 but we didn't get on the freeway. Another dealer I visited had a better route laid out and I did streets and freeway on my test drive. Then we went inside to do "the paperwork". This is where looking back they have you at a huge advantage and they use it. At the end of the test drive they have you park your New Love right in front of the showroom and sit you at a little table right at the window staring at it while they disappear into the sales office and back out. I bought it for the advertised price, which was to be fair ~ $2000 less than C*r M*x and Ford does seem to have a good warranty on Certified Pre Owned cars. Then off to the Finance guy where he actually got me a lower rate than my Credit Union on a loan and sold me a magic paint coating and maintenance package I probably don't need. The whole process from arriving in my old car and leaving in the new one took about 3-4 hours. There were a few loose ends: One of the taillights was burnt out and I forgot the tittle and spare keys to my trade in. I returned the next morning (Saturday) and they promptly fixed the light, free of course. Then I returned on another visit to have car detailed and the coating applied. Setting up the appointment over the phone was easy and they did a safety check where they could have said you need this or that, but they didn't and I drove off with no extra charges. They did balk at giving me a ride home when I dropped it off. The night I bought it I asked about a shuttle or loaner cars (no loaners or rentals) but was assured the shuttle would take me to Laguna Hills. At first the Service Manager said "We don't go that far" (It's less than 20 miles). Then they had me wait and paired me up with a man heading to Irvine. When the car was ready they did call and did offer to arrange a ride, but it was a nice day so I rode my bicycle to Tustin and put in the back of my Escape and drove home. Which is why I bought the Escape in the 1st place, to haul bikes. I love the car, it's like new. If Power Ford operated a bit more like a normal store, and less like a car dealership it would get 5 stars. I'd buy another car from them at this point. I'd just bring a big, stern, emotionally detached man along as my agent ;-), to make it fair! More
Great experience overall. I did everything online which made it quick and painless. I visited with other dealers and they were far too pushy and their numbers were very high. I recently sent an internet request for pricing info on the purchase of a 2012 Ford Flex. Of course, doing that, I was contacted by a number of dealerships. Most dealerships contacted me with a general r the purchase of a 2012 Ford Flex. Of course, doing that, I was contacted by a number of dealerships. Most dealerships contacted me with a general repsonse stating that a rep would call me. Most people use the internet sales service because they want to get to the bottom line, not chit chat. I received one email that stood out to me. Tim Hill contacted me with a very professional, polite and direct email. Tim started with the most important questions -What are you looking for in your new car? What are your must haves? What color do you like? I truly appreciated this straightforward approach. Over the course of the day and early next morning, Tim and I exchanged multiple emails, with my many questions. Tim replied promptly and effectively. As I fine tuned what I wanted, Tim worked with me to explore my options. We found exactly the vehicle I wanted. I made an appointment to come in and do paperwork the next night. Tim took the time to gather some information from me, in an effort to speed up the process. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who immediately directed me to Tim. We sat down and reviewed paperwork and in no time, I was ready to move to finance department and Johnny Chase. Yet another fabulous member of the team. Johnny was very thorough with the paperwork, explained all the different options and made sure I was comfortable with each step before moving on. I have purchased many vehicles (including Internet sales) in the past and I will say this was the best experience by far. There was no pressure, no games, no muss, no fuss! The dealership is clean, friendly and Tim and Johnny are the best! I will and already have referred friends! Keep up the good work! More
I had been researching cars for about 4 months. I first drove the Edge at Santa Margarita Ford--which is the Ford dealer closest to my home. As it was getting close to the end of the business day, I asked drove the Edge at Santa Margarita Ford--which is the Ford dealer closest to my home. As it was getting close to the end of the business day, I asked the sales person to email me some financing options--most likely a lease as early as possible the next morning. The day before I had sold my car to a private party so I didn't want to rent a car more than a day or two. I didn't hear from this particular sales person so I just stopped by the dealer again. I had another sales person try to gain my business but the lease they offered seemed way too high. I went home very discouraged. I emailed Power Ford in Tustin on a chance that they might want to earn my business and let them know exactly which car and specs I was interested in. I was so pleased when Errik Williams emailed me right away. They had the exact car I was searching for, but the lease terms were in my budget and $100 less than the best deal RSM Ford was willing to offer. Not only was Errik wonderful to work with via email, but in person he was even more helpful. He was very thorough in his explanation of the car and all the features like Sync that were new to me. He even followed up the next day to welcome me to the Power Ford family. In all the years I've been purchasing cars, this experience was by far the best. They may sell the same cars, but Ford Dealers are not all same. Power Ford in Tustin will certainly be earning my business in 3 years when my current lease is up! I should also mention that the financing process was also wonderful. More

Both of the sales men that I had contact with (Erikk and Mario) were very professional and made a great offer on the pricing for my new car right from the beginning.
