I met with Brandon Sedgwick after trading a couple of emails with him and several Ford dealers in the local area. Went in and met face to face with Brandon and was delighted to not get the same old pushy emails with him and several Ford dealers in the local area. Went in and met face to face with Brandon and was delighted to not get the same old pushy aggressive sales personality that I have come to expect when purchasing a vehicle. He was down to earth, honest in his answers to my questions and let me decide what was best for me instead of what was best for them. Brandon asked me what I wanted in the vehicle, what I expected for my trade-in and then got me almost exactly what I needed. It was a real pleasure working with Brandon and driving off in my new 2012 Fusion. This is one of the first times that I haven't had that dreary buyers remorse feeling the next day and week. I couldn't be happier with my experience there. More
I arrived a little late for my appt and Joe said the 2 cars ahead of me would be served first. I said they probably didn't have an appt and he ridiculously stated"let's go ask them" I waited where I was, cars ahead of me would be served first. As he started my paperwork, he actually said "if you had an appt you should have been on time. Why were you late?" I was shocked and said that's not good customer service and it would be reflected on his survey. He then stated that he would not assist me and told me to go to the other service advisor. I waited to inform the service manager, but he was nowhere to be found. I've owned Fords for over 25 years and never been treated so rudely. I will not do business with them, and do not recommend using their service dept. More
I had a scheduled visit with Mike (Internet sales), but he didn't come in the day of our appointment. Aaron was kind enough to help me through the process. I had come in with set expectations that I felt he didn't come in the day of our appointment. Aaron was kind enough to help me through the process. I had come in with set expectations that I felt I received from Mike specific to price and Aaron did his very best to acheive my expectations. Aaron listened to my concerns about having to come in on my vacation with an appointment only to know that my scheduled appointment wasn't going to happen with whom I thought I was meeting with. I already knew what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I didn't get the car at the exact price I wanted, but Aaron got the Sales Manager involved to get the price close enough for us to make a deal. He was very plesent to work with and was very concerned that I walked out satisfied. I would be happy to work with Aaron again. I would caution the Internet Sales team from setting expectations prior to an appointment, because I was dissappointed to learn that I wasn't meeting with the person I talked to on the phone. And then had to learn that the price I thought I would walk out with--couldn't be worked out. If an appointment is set up--then there should be no waiting time for pricing, finance, etc. If it's first come--first serve...then don't set up appointments. More
I had a very good experience purchasing my used Suburban from Kemick Larson. He was very professional and knowledgeable for a young salesman. They respected my offers and gave me a fair amount on my trade in. I asked Kemick several things about car sales and the industry in which he shared a lot of detail and understanding of his industry. I found this enlightening again for a young saleman. I will definitely send any business his way that I can. The only drawback to my purchase was the wait for the documents to be prepared, almost 3 hours. More

Overall my experience at Power Ford Tustin was very pleasant. They worked well as a team and made sure I was well taken care of. My only complaint is that I went there fist thing in the morning letting them know that I was going to buy a car today and they had the car on the lot that I went their for but we could not meet at the price I was looking to spend. I traveled all the way back to Long Beach and by the time I arrived at home they were ready to negotiate. Then I had to travel back to Tustin with my 9 month old daughter to complete the paperwork and did not get home until 11 pm. Other than that it was all around great. More
