I went in to look at 2012 Fiestas with a specific price point in mind. They didn't have the SE, the trim package I was looking for, but showed me a SEL in a gorgeous silver that I loved. They were very personable and did not push me into a price point I wasn't comfortable with. They made the higher priced trim package fit my budget with room to spare. Everyone from the online salesman Kemick to Lance the Sales GM were wonderful, supportive and very kind to me being a first time buyer. The other dealerships I had been to were forceful and made me feel as though they did not take me seriously. At the end of the day I got a better car than what I wanted, a price point that my college-student budget could handle and a smile on my face as I drove home in my new car.
