Tim responded to my initial email in just minutes, and within the time it took me to drive from San Diego to Tustin, Tim had the new car I sought parked at the front door, detailed, gassed up, and paperwork ready so that I could drive the new car home within the hour at the price I had asked for. I went in to look at 2012 Fiestas with a specific price point in mind. They didn't have the SE, the trim package I was looking for, but showed me a SEL in a gorgeous silver that I loved. Everyone from the online salesman Kemick to Lance the Sales GM were wonderful, supportive and very kind to me being a first time buyer. The other dealerships I had been to were forceful and made me feel as though they did not take me seriously. At the end of the day I got a better car than what I wanted, a price point that my college-student budget could handle and a smile on my face as I drove home in my new car.
