I was orignially in the area to buy a new Mazda and after getting a great offer from them, my wife suggested we swing by Ford to look at their cars. We fell in love with the '13 Fusion. Our salesman was very nice and was determined to not let us leave without matching or beating Mazda's offer for a new car and our "behind" trade-in. After only about 30 minutes, Modesto came back and was able to beat the offer...of course with a bit of haggling, understandably. We had one issue that got resolved EXTREMELY fast and in a great way. We were sold an option in the car (verbally) and the car never came with it after all. Not to bore with the details, but Mitch, Modesto and Todd all worked together to make it right and found me a solution and compromise that was beyond my expectations.
