If I could sum up my experience at this dealership, it would be in one word: Terrible. Whatever you do, please choose any dealership over this one for the servicing of your car. I took my car in on a Tuesday morning for two specific faults. I heard nothing for two days, and only because I followed up multiple times did I finally get an answer. The dealership doesn’t answer their phones, doesn’t call you back, and when they do, they flat out lie about what’s happening with your vehicle. My vehicle had a faulty front heated and cooled seat coupled with a defective EV battery (would not remain in EV mode and would overheat and switch to hybrid about halfway through its electric mode). This dealership kept my vehicle for four days and told me the service technician would test it and drive it to replicate the problem. On Friday (4 days later), I call to ask the status, having not heard from them, and I am told the front seat is fixed and the EV battery was tested and was normal. I immediately explained it is not normal as I have owned the car for three years and never had this issue. Nonetheless, I picked up my vehicle, planning to take it elsewhere. Upon collection, I checked the vehicle tracking logs on my phone to find the car had not moved in 4 days, let alone been tested, AND the front heated/cooled seat issue was still broken! What the xxxx did they do for four days with my car? Leave it to sit there? I immediately reached out to the manager, and so far, four days have passed, and no response to my emails. I would highly recommend not coming to this dealership. Save yourself the time, effort, hassle, and if your car is not under warranty - the money!! Please heed my advice. You won’t regret it, but you WILL regret bringing your car here. I was willing to give them a chance, but I wish I hadn’t. More

I had a new (new for me) service advisor, Christian. He understood my service request when I dropped the car off, but took the time to call me about an hour later to advise that a couple other things warra understood my service request when I dropped the car off, but took the time to call me about an hour later to advise that a couple other things warranted attention. He answered my questions well about these additional service needs, and provided a cost estimate. In agreed to go forward with those additional service items, and I am so please I did. I feel confident our car is in good shape for our upcoming road trip (I had too Christian our road trip plan and to have all areas that could affect our safety checked). I received a preliminary estimate of $160 plus taxes which service advisor says total about $180. Gives me this in writing. I go pick up the truck after the oil change and my total is $265. They spent a lot of time with us and kept a smile on their faces the whole time. They made the experience memorable and actually enjoyable! The issues started with the service department. Our truck was hit in a parking lot by someone who did not leave a note. We took the truck to the service department. They returned the truck claiming it was fixed “good as new”. It wasn’t. The sensors for cruise control and parking were still glitching. I was ignored and had to go to great lengths to get a response. Once I did, I was able to take the truck back in. Auto nation admitted to the fact that when their collision center reinstalled the bumper they pinched wires so they told us they will fix their mistake. I picked the truck back up. The sensors are still not fixed AND auto nation submitted the claim to my insurance company. So they got paid for bad work the first time then got paid for failing to fix their first mistake the second time. DO NOT take your vehicle to the service department. There were more issues when it comes to communication but this review is long enough. Again, the purchasing department was GREAT but their service department is shady and failed to complete a simple job. More

Tired of the lies and lack of service My wife and I leased our third and final car from these people. The first lease was fine and although the car was good, the service was average to po My wife and I leased our third and final car from these people. The first lease was fine and although the car was good, the service was average to poor. The second car was more problematic and after leaving the car several times to fix the keyless entry, we ended up with a poorly repaired car that still didn’t work an within 60 days the keypad actually fell out of the slot and cracked while hanging by the wires and flopping around at 65mph on the freeway. Mind you, these are brand new cars! I called to complain but got a huge run around until I finally ended up mcgivering the thing myself and just lived with it til the end of the lease. Note: the one time we really needed the keyless enters...it still didn’t work! They NEVER fixed it. Trying to be understanding and willing to overlook the issues of the past; I made the regrettable decision to let these knuckleheads redeem themselves. Bad idea. About a month ago we turned our car in and because time had softened my anger and I was in a hurry - ya...I’m an idiot for even going back- I let them lease me another car. All I requested was the same deal we had before when we turned in the 2nd lease. Well, I am now getting screwed out of over $700.00 in charges for extra miles that we were assured we wouldn’t have to pay as that is what we did before....they lied. Totally lied. I specifically asked the finance guys and sales department about this and they said no problem, you will be fine as we will not charge for the miles. During the signing, they messed with the paperwork and had to change some things sooo Viola!… that part is not there. Now, if it was before or not I have no idea but, the first two cars had no fees and we were over on miles. That is why I CONFIRMED with them there would be no extra fees. After 3 Days of being ignored or simply told call so-n-so...(who doesn’t call back) I finally had enough. I will pay there extortion but never buy another vehicle from them again. The lesson, at my expense is, these people are not to be trusted. They will lie, stall, lie again and then stick it to you if they can. Do yourself a favor, buy a car from someone else..,anyone else but these liars. You will be very disappointed if you do business with Autonation Ford. You have been warned. More

Unfortunately when I arrived there, they pulled the old bait and switch. The car SHOWN in the online advertisement was in fact the car I was shown. However, the advertised price, while for the very same car was the cost after the car was stripped of the package shown in the photos. Nowhere in the advertisement was this indicated. At that point, I couldn't deal with this business in good faith and left. More

Worst Service Center Experience Ever I chose 1-star simply because 0-star wasn't an option. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER. Especially if you have a Mustang. Here's my sad story. Abou I chose 1-star simply because 0-star wasn't an option. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER. Especially if you have a Mustang. Here's my sad story. About a month ago I brought my car in complaining of a "Clunk" in my car's rear end during driving as well as when shifting between "Drive" and "Reverse". It's an automatic. Anyway, 7 days later they tell me my car is done and that they had to replace the DRIVESHAFT. I thought that was weird because the noise was in the rear end. Well, the first time I shift into drive what do you think I heard..."CLUNK". So, I brought the car back to them a couple weeks later for the same "CLUNK" problem. Get this.... my car sat there for 12 days with almost NO ACTION. The only this they did do is a preliminary inspection of the drive-line slop and decided... we should remove the transmission and tear it apart. This started to scare the crud out of me so I picked-up my car before they could pull the transmission. After I left the service center with my car I drove directly to a local Shelby dealership/Service Center. They guy was amazing. He diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes. He asked me, "Can you wait an hour?" and I was like.. "Sure". In less than an hour he had my car completely fixed and performing beautiful again. He only charged me $120 for his time as well. So, do you want to know what the issue was? The one where ford replaced my driveshaft and was now going to pull my transmission and tear it apart?.... It was nothing more than a loose axle nut. The guy just had to tighten it up.... THAT'S ALL! If you love your Mustang... DO NOT TAKE IT TO AUTONATION FORD TUSTIN SERVICE CENTER. You will regret it. More

Service for Air Bag recall I was extremely impressed. The service Advisor, #6742, Malachi Rosales, was fantastic. He made sure that I was well taken care of, he assured me that I was extremely impressed. The service Advisor, #6742, Malachi Rosales, was fantastic. He made sure that I was well taken care of, he assured me that the replacement airbag would be installed promptly and that i could watch TV and have a cup of coffee in the customer lounge while i waited. Not only was the airbag replaced within an hour but the service included multi point inspection with the tires and battery also being checked by Kelvin Aguilar # 6744.. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and my thanks go to Malachi and also the dealership for a job well done. More

Second time, parts is taking more than 2 months. No update, no respond, nothing!!! Don't waste your time here. Go somewhere else that worth the time.
