Roberto, Jesus and Peter were fantastic, including working hard on a Sunday to obtain vehicle of choice from another dealer. They did a n ice job locating vehicle, delivering and finance was great. My concerns are: 1. Kept getting calls that I had not paid in full, left voicemails back (since nobody ever picks up their p finance was great. My concerns are: 1. I am still actually confused as my contract amount total for vehicle was $86,053.14. I paid $1500 via credit card to transport cost, then a check for $84,553.14 and another check for $1,500 for a total of $87,553.14 or $1,500 more than my contract amount of $86,053.14. Am I owed a refund? 2. The sales person did not deliver me 2 keys to vehicle and said used cars aren't required to come with 2 keys and would follow up with Nationwide dealer that transported car and original owner. I never heard back. I think it is petty that you pay this premium for a used truck and the dealer doesn't take care of buyer with at least (a) following up, (b) providing a second key as part of purchase. thanks - Jose Lynch (cell: 714.227.9748) More
