Bella was the associate. Even though I had an appointment she was late. Then when she finally got me to me she was attending to personal calls with her sister about plans they had that night!! Maybe that’s why she rushed me and didn’t finish up the car to fix the oil leak I was told about. She told me I’m covered under warranty and to bring it back because they can’t work on it right now. Bring that I habe only one car I took it back Snd returned a few weeks later after I made arrangements for a loner car! The story had changed on her end snd now I have to pay for a service that should of been covered under warranty! Like I said if Bella wasn’t so consumed with her personal phone and calls than maybe I wouldn’t of been screwed over! Don’t waste your time here! Oh and they don’t ever pick ip the customer service line! More

We called to schedule an appointment for the same day. The scheduler said it wasn’t a problem to bring the car in. When we got there, they said they were understaffed and there would be a long wait. That was fine as long as someone looked at my tire which was registering low. We picked up the car 4 hours later and they said there was nothing wrong with the tire and they rotated it. A week later my tire started registering low again except this time it was in a different spot due to the rotation. We took it to a tire store and they immediately found the nail that had been in my tire from the beginning. I wish the mechanic would have taken more time to find the problem when I initially brought the vehicle in over a week before. More

Robert & Jesus helped me with a very complicated situation I was in with another dealership. They did not hesitate or complain at all.
