My service advisor Daniel, was so helpful and throughout my visit kept me informed. With a on site video of the underside of the vehicle that reassured me that there was no damage or leaks to worry about. B my visit kept me informed. Worst dealership there is do not buy anything from theses hacks!!! They are lying used car salespeople. The GM is even worse self indulgent meat head. My bank called them and asked if they had teenagers running the place, then They never transferred the title it took Three months. The DMV even said these guy are idiots !! That is a lot coming from the DMV then I had to get a lawyer. They kept saying it was not their problem till the lawyer called. Then the title / registration showed up in one day. They tried to tell me the transmission was fine. I just had to have it replaced 38k miles and 3 years old. The service department is the worst in the industry. If you have to buy a Ford steer clear of this dealership. More

I own to Fords and wanted ti buy a third that was more spacious but with the customer service I received I refuse to ever step foot at Ford again. What a shame. I have all the texts and proof that she delayed helping me, ignored me and just ignored the needs of my car. I’m angry but mostly disappointed that no one ever tried to help me. I had to go somewhere else. This Christmas I’m thinking of a different brand for a car. Thanks to Brittany who made me change my outlook on Ford and what it stands for which is great customers like crap! More
