The dealership itself was clean and organized. The financial guy was extremely pushy in forcing you to accept coverage protection. Salesman knew 💯 I didn’t want any extra coverage and had agreed to $100 in-store shop., During pickup, he said it would accept coverage protection. Salesman knew 💯 I didn’t want any extra coverage and had agreed to $100 in-store shop., During pickup, he said it would be sent later. Days gone by, nothing happened and ignored my calls/texts. Finally, the manager stated bc I rejected the coverage protection, he could not honor the $100 for a $40k car…lol Overall, such bad service/experience. Be careful with their tactics in forcing you to keep the extra coverage. More
