Service department blew a cylinder in my engine after waiting 4 months for the parts. Now I’m almost 3 months into not having any vehicle offered loaner or rental while they sit on their hands and try th waiting 4 months for the parts. The worker Jesse was not helpful barely said a word and when I asked if he could also have someone wash my car no one did it. I pay so much money for my warranty and I should atleast be able to get a wash when I asked if he could also have someone wash my car no one did it. Took my Escape in for an oil change and recall repair. My service rep was Jesse; he was very nice and professional; within minutes of arriving my car was taken back to begin my service. Jesse told me it My service rep was Jesse; he was very nice and professional; within minutes of arriving my car was taken back to begin my service. Jesse told me it could take up to 3.5 hours but my car was ready with just 2 hours. Auto Nation made getting my service very easy, and fast too. But the best part was after I left the dealership I received a text message with a video from the person that inspected my car. In the video he shows me the things he inspected and reported the condition of each thing.....the tires, the brake pads, the filter ect. It was so reassuring to get that video and I appreciated it so much. Good Job Auto Nation!!! More
