When I purchased my new, used, car, I also purchased the maintenance package. When I brought my car in to have it serviced, an oil change, the gentleman handling my service wasn't very helpful. Once he realized had had prepaid for the service package, he didn't bother to ask if I wanted all fluids topped off. In the report, he stated that I declined this service, which I didn't. I also told him I would be staying while my car was being serviced. After two hours, I approached him and asked if the oil change had been done. It had not and he walked back to get them to finish the service. If one prepays for service, one should be treated better. More

I had my first service per the service plan that I purchased with my new vehicle. The entire team that I dealt with was great and accommodating. They sent a video upon completion demonstrating the flu purchased with my new vehicle. The entire team that I dealt with was great and accommodating.
