Service was good, and got me in very quickly, but would have liked to know it was going to take almost all day to complete, and when I asked for a ride home, they did not tell me they would not bring me ba have liked to know it was going to take almost all day to complete, and when I asked for a ride home, they did not tell me they would not bring me back to pick up the car. I had to call to check, because I needed my car to get to an appointment at 4. Car was in at 8:30, and they did get it done in time. Now I know to ask more questions. More

Took my F-150 in for a battery/charging problem and routine oil change. My truck was diagnosed as having a defective battery and it was replaced with a new unit. I scheduled an appointment for my vehichle to get serviced. It was dropped off by a tow truck, Derrek took care of everything without me being there in person.
