It took me two tries to make an appointment. The first time I called the receptionist couldn’t find anyone from service to take my call. When I did bring my truck in, the service rep was very nice, time I called the receptionist couldn’t find anyone from service to take my call. When I did bring my truck in, the service rep was very nice, but when he called to tell me what was wrong with my truck I got the big scare tactic about what was wrong and then got the quote. It felt very reality show in delivery. The quote was really high and I had only one item fixed. I will take the truck elsewhere to get the radiator flushed. I find it strange that a hose clamp was missing on my truck when to date your dealership is the only ones who have worked on it. So either it was never there to begin with, or someone there forgot to replace it when you were working on the truck the last time. The service was done in a timely fashion and the truck was washed which was a very nice bonus. More

My 2019 Ford Edge was still under factory warranty. The issue we were told, required parts that were backordered until the day we were told the vehicles repairs had been completed( JULY 26-AUG 13TH) . I understand the challenging times we are all in right now... shortage of workers, chips and backordered parts but I do feel the communication from the dealership staff needs to improve. More
