My 2019 Ford Edge was still under factory warranty. The issue we were told, required parts that were backordered until the day we were told the vehicles repairs had been completed( JULY 26-AUG 13TH) . I understand the challenging times we are all in right now... shortage of workers, chips and backordered parts but I do feel the communication from the dealership staff needs to improve. More

Service was good, and got me in very quickly, but would have liked to know it was going to take almost all day to complete, and when I asked for a ride home, they did not tell me they would not bring me ba have liked to know it was going to take almost all day to complete, and when I asked for a ride home, they did not tell me they would not bring me back to pick up the car. I had to call to check, because I needed my car to get to an appointment at 4. Car was in at 8:30, and they did get it done in time. Now I know to ask more questions. More
Took my F-150 in for a battery/charging problem and routine oil change. My truck was diagnosed as having a defective battery and it was replaced with a new unit.
