I am extremly disappointed in my last experience with Auto Nation Ford In Torrance. I took my 2014 Ford C-Max in because I had a vibration between 60 and 70. I also had a charge plug problem. When I went to get my car I was given a written estimate for approx 5000 dollars to fix the issues I was having. The estimate cost me $351.00. What for? I'm not really sure and would like my money back as the things they said were wrong with my car were not even. I have since taken it my car to 2 other mechanics and both of them showed me how the estimate was WRONG!! I HAD MY CAR FIXED FOR LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE COST ME!!! My experience was great--as always! Tom was very helpful and my car was serviced quickly and he ordered the special part I needed and called me as soon as he received the part to schedule installing it.
