Steve, my service advisor, provided the service for which I asked. I mentioned the brakes had been making noise and Steve said Ford did not recommend brakes at this time but probably next time. We have had many Ford vehicles over the years and our service experience was always great when Tom Noone was the service manager. Tom was gone for awhile due to an illness and the service went downhill service experience was always great when Tom Noone was the service manager.
