Steve, my service advisor, provided the service for which I asked. I mentioned the brakes had been making noise and Steve said Ford did not recommend brakes at this time but probably next time. The Dealership gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. I forgot something important in my car and the driver took me right back to pick up the articles with a smile on his face. I've been taking my car to AutoNation Ford in Torrance ever since I purchased it and they have always been good about explaining the service needed and getting my car back to me by the agreed upon time More

Recently, I had to bring my car in for a diagnostic test and Derreck was assigned to help me. I can’t begin to express how nice, professional, helpful and just all-around great guy he was. We have had many Ford vehicles over the years and our service experience was always great when Tom Noone was the service manager. Tom was gone for awhile due to an illness and the service went downhill service experience was always great when Tom Noone was the service manager. Tom was gone for awhile due to an illness and the service went downhill very badly. Now Tom is back (Yay!) The experience is back to timely, efficient and friendly. Love Tom. He is a jewel! More
