I recently brought my car in for a multiuser-point inspection and oil change. The service provider was very nice. Turns out I also needed front brakes. I got them done too. The service was fast and expensive; however, what I hate is that I have left messages to the Service Advisor and she never returned them. It's been over 2 weeks of my last service and there's a noise from t is that I have left messages to the Service Advisor and she never returned them. We received letter for unit recall and went there 8:30am to drop our maverick in the service area and around 3pm they called that its ready for pick-up but only knowing that the parts is not available yet a to drop our maverick in the service area and around 3pm they called that its ready for pick-up but only knowing that the parts is not available yet and need to come back 2-3 days for parts arrival and now its been more than a week no update from them. When I purchased my new, used, car, I also purchased the maintenance package. When I brought my car in to have it serviced, an oil change, the gentleman handling my service wasn't very helpful. Once he realized had had prepaid for the service package, he didn't bother to ask if I wanted all fluids topped off. In the report, he stated that I declined this service, which I didn't. I also told him I would be staying while my car was being serviced. After two hours, I approached him and asked if the oil change had been done. It had not and he walked back to get them to finish the service. If one prepays for service, one should be treated better. More
