My beef is not with the dealership but Ford Nation in general. I purchased an extra full coverage insurance. When I pushed the key into the ignition, the ignition panel fell to the floor. I was told it general. I purchased an extra full coverage insurance. When I pushed the key into the ignition, the ignition panel fell to the floor. I was told it was because I pushe the key in and therefore it was not covred. How else do you start the car unless you push the key into the ignition receptical. I had to pay over $300 for them to screw it back in place. They must have a license to steal. More
Went in for an oil change and recall repair. Everything was done timely and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I had a 8am appointment and I was there at 7:30 . I was told that I was early and needed to fill out some paperwork which I did and gave it back to service guy that was 7:35 my car sat there till 8:4 I was told that I was early and needed to fill out some paperwork which I did and gave it back to service guy that was 7:35 my car sat there till 8:42 when someone took it to the back at about 11:am I went outside and saw my car parked in front when I asked if it was ready he said yea I ment to tell you it was ready. This is the first time I didn’t get Jesse Cisneros who always gave me first class service and never had a problem. Next time I will make sure to schedule with Jesse. More
I didn’t get the service performed that I wanted as the experience was not good. I was told by the scheduling people that I could be scheduled to wait for my car. When I got to the dealership I had to wait experience was not good. I was told by the scheduling people that I could be scheduled to wait for my car. When I got to the dealership I had to wait about 45 minutes to talk to a service advisor who then told me I could pick my car up at 5 o’clock at this point it’s around 11 AM. I could not do that on this particular day I was expecting to wait. He rescheduled me for a different day which I was unable to do. Because I am also employed I need to schedule around my work. More
