My beef is not with the dealership but Ford Nation in general. I purchased an extra full coverage insurance. When I pushed the key into the ignition, the ignition panel fell to the floor. I was told it was because I pushe the key in and therefore it was not covred. How else do you start the car unless you push the key into the ignition receptical. I had to pay over $300 for them to screw it back in place. They must have a license to steal. More

I had a 8am appointment and I was there at 7:30 .
