The Ford service team at AutoNation in Torrance has done an exceptional job taken care of my 2014 F-150 Raptor. Jesse Cisneros, my service advisor, is fantastic, thorough, professional, always calls me quickly with any updates, and good to work with. The one issue that is weak and needs attention at this dealership, is there is no visible central service desk for any new customers to approach, or existing customers to go to if they don't have a specific service advisor already. As I did a couple of times when I first began my service at this dealer. You pull in and park somewhere in the tunnel area, confusing, and stand around hoping for a service advisor to voluntarily come out to you. It's random, and if they are all occupied, you will stand there un-attended, not sure where to go for quite a while. Maybe this scenario, due to building structure cannot be addressed, but it's unfortunate. More
