This service location is not very efficient. Left vehicle at 8:00 a.m. for oil change and no call all day. Service agent offers no explanation why and on another fix it request, tells me he never has seen this problem of F150 rear window bracket holding sliding window glass falling off due to adhesive not sticking. Ford F150 Blogs show hundreds of customers having this problem. This location not very helpful. More

The one issue that is weak and needs attention at this dealership, is there is no visible central service desk for any new customers to approach, or existing customers to go to if they don't have a specific service advisor already. As I did a couple of times when I first began my service at this dealer. You pull in and park somewhere in the tunnel area, confusing, and stand around hoping for a service advisor to voluntarily come out to you. It's random, and if they are all occupied, you will stand there un-attended, not sure where to go for quite a while. Maybe this scenario, due to building structure cannot be addressed, but it's unfortunate. More
