The the worst experience in my life with a dealer. Two times they booked me for service and both times they never reach to check my car. The repair was done right, but the service advisor lied to 3 times, telling me they receive the part, and after she said she didn’t receive the part. My car stay about 1 month and a week. I keep asking whe to 3 times, telling me they receive the part, and after she said she didn’t receive the part. My car stay about 1 month and a week. I keep asking when my card will be ready and the advisor will keep saying next week. To the point to ask for a manager and he wasn’t very help full. Such a bad actitud, I’m very polite. But the manager is just rude. If you have just one car as me, this is not your dealer. If you have more then one car and you can leave your car for a while, this is your dealer. And the service advisor will never communicate with me, i will have to be calling and looking for her. Because she will not return the calls ( I call 1 or 2 times a week ) I will come back maybe for a oiled change. More

I recently brought my car in for a multiuser-point inspection and oil change. The service provider was very nice. Turns out I also needed front brakes. I got them done too.
