Every year I take my 2017 Ford Raptor here for its annual service. They do a great job in servicing it at a great price. They service it quickly & text me when to get it same day. Picking it up is quick an service. They do a great job in servicing it at a great price. They service it quickly & text me when to get it same day. Picking it up is quick and easy. Bonus they give it back washed. Out of my nine cars, this dealership is my favorite. More
I've only delt with the service department. So the review will be about my experience. My estimated cost for repairs motor mount and fan assembly was $1,300. I asked if there were discounts, service advisor said to look at the AutoNation website. I was able to find the parts for $261 PartsGeek. The parts from a dealer retail cost $700. We're in tough times, couldn't the dealer make some concession on the price? I should have known better to take my car to a.dealer when your car reaches 10 years of age. Disappointed. Also, I asked my service advisor to call me and send me an email with the quote. She only emailed. I had.more questions. To top it off she called me at 2:30 on a Friday, I called her back within the hour and she emailed me at 5:15 and left for the weekend. I understand she is busy. I worked at a dealership for 5 years and was married to a.service manager for 20 years. I was hoping for more customer service. Won't go.back. I would only.rexo.mend service for oil and warranty work, prices are out of control. More
