AutoNation Ford Torrance - Service Center

Been bringing my Ford Freestyle to AutoNation in Torrance since 2007. I moved quite a distance away at one point, but I continue to make the drive to Torrance for the great service. I've gone to this dealership before and was very pleased, but my last visit on 6-12-22 was not favorable. The service advisor Katerine was uncommunicable and very rude. Very disappointing.
