Worst experience ever! Stood outside waiting for someone to help me because there is nowhere to check in. Finally found someone to help me after 15 minutes, only to be given the excuse that they were short handed. I didn't make an appointment to have to wait and then be given excuses of why no one is there to check customers in. Why even take appointments? I was so irritated, I ended up leaving without the service. Plus the cost of an oil change was double what the website said! Never again! One star is too many! More

The dealer was great, only issue was with one of the supervisor being so rude with the lady that was helping me, I mean the lady was doing her job at the moment and if she did or didn't do something , supervisor being so rude with the lady that was helping me, I mean the lady was doing her job at the moment and if she did or didn't do something , at that moment the supervisor should had waited till I was gone or waited for another moment.
