I love the service they provide but I don’t like that even though you have made an appointment you’re still made to wait around 30+ minutes. There’s really no point of making an appointment. Tom Noon like always is great, the problem was the dealer Management and service Techs, I left my car for the 30K service. while there they damaged the front of the car, one of the service techs backed up in Management and service Techs, I left my car for the 30K service. while there they damaged the front of the car, one of the service techs backed up into my car and damaged the front end. Tom immediately called me a told me about it. we arranged for me to take the ca in again to have the body shop fix it. the body shop quote 3 days and it actually took 5 days, Auto nation ford sent me to Enterprise car rental. while there they provide a what i can only describe as a piece of xxxx rental, i ask if i could have a better car and they told me that that type of car was the only one that Autonation ford Torrance provide. the Ford dealer did not offer or provide compensation for all the inconvenience they caused. having to take time off work and then having to do with a substandard car, and this is not the first time they have cause damaged to one of my cars. last time the service Tech did not put back the bolts that hold the bottom plate of my ford fusion. and came off while driving on the freeway and lost it. I had to get a tow to the dealership and again no offer of compensation for their xxxx Up. i gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. but the dealer management does not care about the customer. Jesse Cisneros, Assistant Service Manager, was very professional and gave outstanding service. My 2020 Mustang GT recall was fixed quickly was well as the oil change and tire rotation. I didn't make an appointment to have to wait and then be given excuses of why no one is there to check customers in. Why even take appointments? I was so irritated, I ended up leaving without the service. Plus the cost of an oil change was double what the website said! Never again! One star is too many! More
