The staff is all friendly, I’ve been going there for 30 years. The main reason I appreciate that dealership is because of service advisor Tom Noone he is always ready to answer questions keeps me informed years. Came in for check of entire vehicle safety condition. The car has only 4200 miles on it since purchased in 2020. Had my 100K service done on my 2012 Fusion at Autonation Ford Torrance. I do all my service there so they have a complete record if what maintenance has been done, They provide a free shuttle ride to home a Ford Torrance. Although I think the pricing was a little over priced, I am okay with it. The only issue I have, is not being informed about the repairs (of lack of) prior to me picking up my vehicle. I went in for an oil change and to have my sunroof repaired. I was quoted a price for the service, which I was okay with. Mid-morning, I was given a call about additional service my vehicle needed. I approved the service. When I went in to pick up my vehicle in the late afternoon, I was told that the sunroof was not repaired because they needed to order the part to fix it and it would take about a month to get it. My issue is, why they couldn't call to advise me that the sunroof would not be repaired until a later date when they order the part. I was expecting my sunroof to be working when I picked-up the vehicle. I would have prefer a call prior to picking-up the vehicle, so I wouldn't be disappointed that it was not repaired. Other than that issue and pricing, I was satisfied. More

My overall experience has been good. My only complaint is that I have taken the car in for the same reason multiple times and they are still not corrected. Normally the customer service is great but this last visit to fix my car due to a recall was terrible! I made an appt and they didnt start my car until the following day with very little communication. visit to fix my car due to a recall was terrible!
