I went to Ford Autonation Torrance and I kept calling them because I am facing problems in my car Check Engine light popped on my dashboard. I made a call 4x and the person who answers my calls is very n them because I am facing problems in my car Check Engine light popped on my dashboard. I made a call 4x and the person who answers my calls is very nice but when an automated machine says to leave a message I did leave a message 4x. They didn't return my messages. So, after I pick up my kids from their schools I went straight to Ford Autonation Torrance and see Tom Noone. I was happy to tell him the problem but yesterday his approach to me is very rude. I was surprised by how he acted in front of me and sarcastically told me "are you a mechanic that you know the problem". I only told him that I knew the problem was that the car I used to check it because I have OBD at home then the problem shows P0302. He silently laughed at my face. It's very humiliating how he acted to me. I trusted him since 2020 he was the one accommodating me every time I do service in their dealership. Yesterday the atmosphere is not good and I feel and ended up speechless about the explanations he told me. He's not helping and comforting his customers instead he's being rough. I do not know if I am coming back to this Ford Autonation. This is my Experience. Life is not easy for all of us and I know you cannot please everyone. But if you were approached nicely be nice too. The feeling of a person who is trusting you is that you will give a positive and comforting reply even though the customer's level of worry is high. More

I usually have a decent experience getting my truck serviced here. However, on my most recent visit, I dropped off my truck for an oil change and tire rotation, and returned at the time the service adv serviced here. However, on my most recent visit, I dropped off my truck for an oil change and tire rotation, and returned at the time the service advisor had quoted me (3 hours later). When I arrived, my truck still hadn't even been started, and it took another 2 hours of waiting in the lobby to get my truck back. The service advisor was apologetic and communicated well with me during my wait, but an oil change shouldn't take 5 hours. Additionally, I spoke with the parts manager to potentially buy a cabin air filter, and he was rude, unhelpful, and refused to give me the part number. He must think it's hard to find the information online or something, but a quick Google search will bring up the part number to compare prices and his refusal makes sense given how much extra they charge for a simple and cheap part. I won't be buying any parts from this dealer due to this experience. Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to my usual experience here. More
This has been the worse Ford service experience I have ever had!! It took me 5 days to get an appointment to begin with. I dropped my truck off for a service repair, which went ok. They had to order a part, but the truck was ready earlier than expected (took 4 days). Unfortunately, that was the only good part of this experience. The service agent backed into another truck when she was getting our truck and damaged the bumper. The dealership paid for the repairs, but that added another 6 days to how long my truck was at the dealership. When the repair shop was driving the truck, the check engine light came on because there was an issue with the initial repair the dealership performed. Now it's gonna take another 5 days for another part to come in. The whole time, my service agent never once notified me of the status of my truck. I had to text her and then she would update me. Horrible service department and terrible service agent! More
