When you make the appt for service, the Ford employee doesn’t ask if you need a ride back home, or to the dealership to pick ip your car at the end of service. While this location will provide a ride home AS LONG AS YOU BOOK IT AHEAD, they don’t offer services that other dealerships do. Toyota for example pays for an uber to/from dropoff and pickup at the dealership. Details like this can really make or break customers wanting to use the service location. Also some of your customer service reps who take calls can be short/rude. Being in customer service myself this is highly unprofessional and unnecessary. More

After scheduling an appointment prior. I have to wait for recall parts. Then small warranty work. However, no big until the dealership rescheduled me to come in 6 MONTHS from now.
