Service staff was nice and very helpful. However, this is the second time i took my car for the same issue. And this time i had to keep my car for 2 days but it is not resolved. This dealership was a very negative experience. Not only did no one bother to come outside and greet me, but they all acted as if I was interrupting them from their social activities as I patiently Not only did no one bother to come outside and greet me, but they all acted as if I was interrupting them from their social activities as I patiently waited for service. When I finally did get someone to help me, they still after keeping my truck for over a week, could not seem to find out what was wrong with the electrical system (now the second time It's been in for the same problem.) No loaner car was available, so I had to ask my sickly wife to follow me there to drop off the truck. The first encounter was the Ford dealership in Irvine, and now this one in Torrance....just an awful waste of my time! Done with Fords! More
