Went to dealership without an appointment and requested an oil change. Service attendant agreed to perform service and immediately took vehicle to the service technician. Very disappointed with this service group. After waiting 4.5 hours for an estimate on their recommended brake service, I went and picked up my F150 truck to take it to another dealer.
