I have had this issue the last 2 times i was there to have my oil changed and i have gotten the same bad service. If the poor behavior of the staff hasn't changed by now it will never change and there is nothing a GM can say to me that will change my mind. If I have to call the GM with my issues thats just a waste of my time. If the company or the GM truly wanted to fix the issue they would have called me. If the GM wants to make a differnce then hire the right people for the right job, just don't hirer anyone because you are short staffed and once and a while come out of your office and talk to you customer, observe you employee intraction with the customers. If the GM does this and fix's any issues they see then the place would become better, and that customers want to go for help.
